We put at your disposal our cancellation policy for reservations made.

• Cancellations are accepted with at least 48 hours notice before the activity 100% refundable.
• Please note there are no refunds on discounted prices
• If you need to change your reservation, you must do so at least 72 hours before the confirmed reservation date (all changes are subject to availability).
• You have the option to change your time and date for one occasion only, by calling our logistics phone number, +52 415 196 7971. This option is subject to space availability.

IN CASE OF NO SHOW

• We ask our visitors to be on site at least 15 minutes before the confirmed time. In case of no-show, the amount charged is not refundable.

WEATHER WARRANTY:

• We DO NOT cancel due to bad weather, with exceptions for extreme weather situations.
